Usage and storage
We recommend it for preparation of cold dishes (salads, spreads, sauces), as well as for cooking, braising and roasting.
It is an excellent substitute for margarine or butter, so it can also be used for baking cakes.
Store in a cool and dark place in original packaging. Oil may appear cloudy or have visible sediment. This does not compromise quality.
