Usage and storage
Sunflower seeds are best used raw.
They can be sprinkled on salads, enriched with rice, pasta or put in bread dough and other bakery products.
They are a great addition to cereals or granola, but can also be added to yogurts and cottage cheese.
Store seeds in tightly closed packaging in a dry and cool place.
