Caramelised pumpkin seeds

Ingredients:

  • 200 g pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 dcl water

Preparation:

Shake sugar in a cold pan and pour it over with water.  Cook for 3 minutes, then add whole pumpkin seeds.  Continuously stir and remove from the fire just before the caramelized sugar. The mixture is continued until the sugar is wrapped around pumpkin seeds and solidifies.
