Cauliflower with bechamel from pumpkin seed oil
Ingredients:
- pumpkin seeds
- kg cauliflower
- 100 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 3 dcl milk
Preparation:
Put salt in water. Cut the cauliflower to larger pieces and cut the cauliflower leaves thinly. Cauliflower blanchard for 2 minutes and remove. In the pan dissolve the butter, add flour, stir and pour milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add GEA ORGANIC Štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil and sprinkle with milled pumpkin seeds. So prepared the bechamel is covered over cauliflower and pumpkin seeds are piled on top. Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, so that the bechamel on the top of a beautiful golden brown bake.
